How Can I Join MIPI Alliance?

We have two types of membership levels for new members: Adopter and Contributor level.

The differences are outlined on the "Membership Model" page. 

Please go to this link http://mipi.org/member-directory to confirm whether your company is already a MIPI Alliance memberIf your company is already a member of MIPI Alliance, request a personal user account via the Member Login Page.

The procedure for joining MIPI Alliance is:

Step 1: Complete the Online Membership Application Form.  In order to complete this form you will need to determine if you are applying as a Contributor or Adopter level membership.  You will also need to determine if you are eligible for a reduced membership level and attach the appropriate documentation. If your company’s membership revenue is below USD $250 million, you may qualify for the discounted rate. Please make sure to include your latest year-end financial statements for our review. Step 2: Upon receipt of the Membership Application form, MIPI Admin will send you the Membership Package via DocuSign.

Step 3: Complete the Membership Information Form, sign and submit the Membership Agreement via DocuSign.

Step 4If your company is applying for Contributor level membership, please submit a presentation which describes how the MIPI Alliance would benefit from Contributor level membership. The proposal must be 5 slides or fewer and should focus on your company's technical expertise and available resources. You can submit your company presentation with the online Membership Application Form
 or by sending it to admin@mipi.org, using PDF format (preferred) or PPT. The presentation will be forwarded to the MIPI Alliance Board of Directors for their information.

Step 5: Once the signed agreement and information form are received, you will receive an invoice for the membership fee. New members receive a pro-rated invoice for membership through December 31.  Upon payment of the membership fee, your company’s membership will be activated. You will receive a counter-signed copy of the Membership Agreement via DocuSign, as well as an email notification confirming your MIPI Alliance membership.

 

Members who join after 31 October will be invoiced for Q4 fees and the subsequent year annual fee. Participation in MIPI membership activities will not commence until the membership dues are paid in full.
