Sleeping Room Reservations

MIPI Alliance and the InterContinental Vienna Hotel have a negotiated a room block rate of €229 single and €259 double per night. Buffet breakfast and Wi-Fi are included.

Cancellation, Tax & Child Policy

There is a free cancellation of your sleeping room until 7 working days prior to your confirmed arrival date. In case of a late cancellation or no-show, the hotel will charge the first night's room rate as a cancellation fee (non-refundable and charged to the guest's credit card presented at the time of booking).

Please note the following taxes are included in the rates - 10% room tax & 3.2% city tax per night.

Children until 12 years are free of charge if staying in the room of parents. A €12.50 breakfast fee will be charged for children between 6 and 12 years. 

Parking at the InterContinental Vienna Hotel

There are 200 parking spaces in the InterContinental Vienna Hotel underground garage. Parking fees are €3.70 per hour or €35 per 24 hours. The garage is maintained by Parkhaus Elbl. EV charging is available. Guests on parking inclusive packages need to register their details at the hotel reception desk.

Visa Requirements

The InterContinental Vienna Hotel does not officially offer sponsor letters and /or letters of support for visa applications. Requests can be made although your sleeping room reservation should suffice.

• Vienna International Airport (VIE) is 18 kilometers south of the InterContinental Vienna Hotel, approximately a 18-minute drive.

Hotel Airport Shuttle

• There is no hotel airport shuttle offered by the InterContinental Vienna Hotel.

Public Transport

• There are various modes of transport to arrive into Vienna city center.  Airport transfers | Getting from the airport | S-Bahn tickets  (OBB app) | Train passes 
• Train: 
  • CAT (City Airport Train) is a 16 minute journey to Landstrasse station, switch to U4 to Hütteldorf, disembark at Stadtpark. The CAT operates daily from 05:37 to 23:38, 365 days a year. One-way fare is €14.90, return fare is €24.90.
  • S-Bahn (S7) is a 35 minute journey from Bahnhof Flughafen Wien to Vienne-Midi station (then walk 10 minutes) to the hotel. 
  • Railjet (RJ) by OBB - from the Airport to Vienna Central station, switch to S3 to Vienna-Midi station
