Sleeping Room Reservations

MIPI Alliance and the Hilton Boston Park Plaza have negotiated a special room block rate of $239 USD for a single or double room, or $259 USD for a triple room (not including 16.45% room taxes per night). Secure your sleeping room by the 3 March deadline.

Quoted sleeping room rates will be offered based on availability, three calendar days before and after the event dates of 24-28 March 2025. The MIPI Alliance room rate is offered inclusive of complimentary basic Wi-Fi access. 

Meals at the Member Meeting

Breakfast at the Hilton Boston Park Plaza Hotel is not included in the MIPI negotiated sleeping room rate, although MIPI will provide a light breakfast each morning.

The meeting registration fee includes a light breakfast, breaks, lunch (limited to the days for which you're registered for working group sessions) and the social event.

Cancellation & Child Policy

Cancellations must be received three days prior to arrival date on or before 3 p.m. (EDT), to avoid one night room and tax charged.

Children under the age of 17 can stay free of charge in their parent's room.

Parking & Fitness at the Hilton Boston Park Plaza Hotel

Only valet parking is available at the hotel ($68 USD per day). Hotel parking is covered and secured.

Hotel guests can take advantage of the 20,000-square-foot Lynx Fitness Club, located inside the hotel. The health club is open weekdays 05:00-21:00 and weekends 07:00-19:00.

Visa Requirements

The Hilton Boston Park Plaza Hotel does not officially offer sponsor letters and /or letters of support for visa applications. Requests can be made directly with the hotel, although your sleeping room reservation should suffice.
